CAKE MENU

Using the finest quality ingredients I bake light and fluffy sponges full of flavour and filled with delicious home made spreads and premium conserves to ensure the inside of your cake tastes as beautiful as it looks.

Remember, you can also have a different flavour for each tier!

 

CLASSIC VANILLA

Organic vanilla bean sponge layers with premium raspberry seedless conserve and vanilla bean speckled buttercream

 

ZESTY LEMON

Light lemon zest sponge with a zingy lemon curd and tangy lemon buttercream

 

RICH CHOCOLATE

An indulgent rich chocolate sponge layered with a light chocolate buttercream 

 

SALTED CARAMEL

Salted caramel sponge along with home made salted caramel sauce and buttercream

WHITE CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY

Belgian white chocolate and raspberry infused sponge layered with white chocolate buttercream

and premium raspberry seedless conserve

CHERRY BAKEWELL

Almond flavoured sponge complimented with luxurious Morello cherry conserve and almond buttercream  

 

CARROT

Subtly spiced carrot mixed with chopped pecan nuts and fragrant cinnamon buttercream

 

COFFEE

Finest quality coffee blend sponge together with chopped walnuts and delicately infused coffee bean buttercream  

 

FRUIT

Traditional fruit filled cake soaked with aromatic brandy finished with a layer of marzipan and matured for 8 weeks

 

All cakes are covered in Belgian chocolate ganache before being iced in a thin layer of Couture sugar paste
